"Good afternoon, the latest information is that the Container will be loaded on the truck tonight. The Clearing Agent is waiting for the T1 and movement sheet which will reflect the expected arrival time at Chitambo Hospital. Please alert the people whom you are hiring the Forklift to be on standby in the next 4 days but will confirm the actual expected date of arrival."
The Chitambo team is ready and waiting with the forklift truck.
